About Daniel R Cox
A few things about me, just for fun...
I'm near obsessive about details - spelling, order, etc. I've been told that as an editor, this is a very good trait to have.
I cry during sappy movies and still love My Cousin Vinny, Notting Hill and Monty Python and the Holy Grail (”It’s just a flesh wound!”).
I like chocolate, love BBQ, play guitar and piano, sing a little, laugh a lot and shave every so often.
I cheer for the Anaheim Angels, the Anaheim Ducks and the Los Angeles Lakers.
I see faces in rugs, tree bark and concrete.
I’ll notice your haircut but probably will not hear you when you tell me your birthday.
I can knit, rebuild a computer, design and code databases, cook Honey Walnut Shrimp and play chess really well.
I hate getting caught at traffic lights.
I believe J.R.R. Tolkien had it right when he said "...that in water, there lives yet the echo of the Music of the Angels (Ainur)..."* That explains my love of the seashore.
I still marvel and wonder at what babies dream, and how drummers drum, and how people still choose to love...
